Users must review all AI-generated content before publishing. Prompts designed to reproduce copyrighted works are prohibited.
Our Safeguards
PodThis employs content moderation systems to minimize infringement risk, and we comply promptly with valid takedown requests.
Repeat Infringer Policy
First Offense
Content is removed and a warning is issued to the account holder.
Second Offense
Content is removed and the account is temporarily suspended.
Third Offense
Account is permanently terminated in accordance with the DMCA.
PodThis reserves the right to terminate accounts after a single instance of particularly egregious infringement.
Our Legal Basis
PodThis qualifies for safe harbor protection under Section 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. As a service provider, PodThis hosts and transmits user-generated content but does not control the specific content uploaded or generated by its users.
